Site Development
Provide full-time on-site management of the project (as necessary).
Assist with the project inspector in observing the materials and equipment being incorporated into the work to assure that they are handled, stored and installed properly and adequately and are in compliance with the contract documents for the project, and prepare a report regarding these activities. Assist the inspector in observing the Contractor's work to verify that all authorized changes are properly incorporated in the project, and prepare a report regarding these activities.
Identify problems encountered in accomplishing the work and recommend appropriate action to resolve these problems with a minimum effect on the timely completion of the project.
Other Pre-Construction Services: Strategic Construction Management will assist in the identification and determination of the appropriate mitigation measures for hazardous materials. In addition, Strategic Construction Management will assist in the development of programs for the design of furnishings, moveable equipment, signage and graphics related to fire/life safety issues as well as other signage and graphics programs as requested. Strategic Construction Management can offer services related to construction of full-scale mock-ups of items such as: workstations, classrooms, casework, construction details, etc.
Final Project Report: At the conclusion of the project, Strategic Construction Management will prepare final project accounting and close-out reports of all above indicated report systems. These reports will summarize, for historical purposes, any items that are not self-explanatory. In addition, Strategic Construction Management will procure all warranty binders, as-built documents and photo albums for historical record keeping. Strategic Construction Management will develop a log and file system for future retrieval of these documents.
